Freight Truck Special Rate

Rent a Class 2 or 4 curtainside truck at $114 per day and $0.89 cents per kilometre. 

Class 2: 7.3m Curtainsider (Group P)
Class 4: 8.5m Curtainside (Group W)

Special rate is valid for bookings and travel until 30 September 2025.

Only available at the following locations: Whangarei, Kerikeri, Auckland Penrose, Auckland North Shore, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Christchurch and Hamilton City.

  • Offer valid at select Budget New Zealand Commercial Trucks locations.
  • Rates are available on Class 2 and 4 curtainside trucks commercial vehicles only. Subject to availability.
  • Valid for bookings and travel until 30 September 2025.
  • Refuelling and recharging service charges, location surcharges, excess kilometres, optional coverages, optional extras, one-way rental fees, local taxes; and any other optional or miscellaneous charges; and GST on these charges are not included.
  • An advanced reservation is required.
  • One Way Rentals Not Permitted.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, coupon or promotion.
  • Is not valid in conjunction with corporate, tour, travel industry or government rates.
  • Budget standard age, credit and driver requirements apply.
  • Subject to the terms and conditions of the Budget Rental Agreement at the time of rental.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Rates are valid on new bookings only and cannot be used on a completed booking.
  • Reservation period is open for a limited time only.
